Welcome to the Swamp

Great Black Swamp Brewing Company opened in 2009 by two homebrewers with a dream of sharing great locally brewed beer with Northwest Ohio.

Named after the historic wetland that once covered 1,500 square miles of our region, we honor Toledo's heritage while crafting exceptional beers that bring our community together.

Our 7,000 square-foot facility features a 4,000 square-foot tavern, one of Toledo's largest outdoor beer gardens, and 25 taps of house-made beers, wines, and seltzers.

Bullfrog Stout

Year-round stout with distinctive dark chocolate bitterness and roasted character.

Bay Front Pale Ale

Full Moon Orange Wit
