American Pale Ale
Golden in color with a light body and mild flavor. The real star is the crisp spiciness from the rye—now made with locally sourced organic rye from right here in Northwest Ohio. A perfect session beer with just enough character to keep you coming back.
Northwest Style IPA
A bold, assertive IPA that understands what malt and hops are for. Wild Duck has a nice mouthful with a big malt backbone and enough bitterness to hold it all together. This is an IPA for people who actually like IPAs.
American Stout
Winter was made for stouts. We made our stout for spring, fall, and okay, summer too. Medium body that's not too filling with distinctive dark chocolate bitterness in the finish. Roasted barley and chocolate malts create an aroma that defines this beer's character.
American Red Ale
A beer for all occasions. Smooth malt flavor with subtle roasted notes that contribute a bit of dryness and a deep red hue. The hop blend provides a citrusy aroma and flavor to complement the malt sweetness. Balanced and approachable.
American Pale Ale
Light in body, pale gold in color, with a sweet malt character from the addition of crystal malt. Hops are the center of this beer, bringing a bright citrus and pine aroma that carries through into the flavor, with a subtle fruitiness from the yeast.
Belgian-Style Witbier
